Lucky

Happy Saturday!
It time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS and with St.Paddy's day in March our hostess Jaydee  has chosen Luck/Lucky as the code word.

To make my card, I started with a top folding white card base and panels of white and plaid design paper by Lawn Fawn both cut down with a postage stamp die by Simon Says Stamp. The stamp set I used is So Lucky by Neat & Tangled.
I stamped the greeting using Catherine Pooler ink in Lime Rickey one of my favorite greens. The inside is stamped "In my life"
Quick and easy super simple card to make for the ones you love for St. Patricks day.

Happiest of Holidays

Still working on my holiday cards, and hoping to finish them this weekend.
This one uses that cute set by Neat & Tangled Beary Merry. I stamped him on some Copic paper and colored him up with Copic markers. I used the coordinating die to cut him and the present out. I love how this die allows him to hold things, it makes this set very versatile as he could hold a heart for Valentines day (you may see him doing just that).
After I got hi colored and cut out I attached some patterned papers by Echo Park cut down with a border die by My Favorite Things and popped up the bear in the center and then added a greeting in the corner.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas and welcome to day 25 of my 25 days of Christmas Inspiration series. I hope you have enjoyed this series as it is my first annual. Christmas cards are one of my favorite cards to make and send out. However all of my cards didn't make it in time this year, but they will come.

The last card of my series uses one of my favorite sets by Neat & Tanged and the very reason we celebrate Christmas. Without a baby there would be no cross, without a cross there would be no life. Thank you Jesus and Happy Birthday!

May your Christmas be filled with love, laughter, presents but most of all HIS Presence, oh come ket us adore Him!

Welcome to Day 9 of the 25 days of Christmas Inspiration series.

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to CAS and our sponsor is Happy Little Stampers with a $15 gift certificate. Our Code word is

I am sure you can find lots of reasons to use sparkle with Christmas upon us.
To make my card I started with a top folding Crumb Cake base and yep you guessed it, that Plaid Background stamp by Concord & 9th. I am loving that stamp as you can tell. I stamped it o Real Red cardstock with Black ink. To cut the ornament I used the Ornamental dies also by Concord & 9th. I used a pine bough by Stampin up for the pine needles.
The background was made using the Barnwood Background stamp, another one of my favorites by Concord & 9th. To finish the card I used the Merry die cut alsoby Concord & 9th out of gold glimmer paper and embossed the word Christmas (from a Neat & Tangled set) in white embossing powder to contrast.

Rainbow Maker Day One

I am taking a class at Online Card Classes called Rainbow Maker. Actually this class was all last week but schedule didn't allow me the time to work on any of the cards because I was super busy working on the Dare to Get Dirty challenge cards. So here is a card from Day one only 6 days late :)
This is a case of the card that Laura Bassen created in the class and let me tell ya hers looks way better than mine.
To make my card I used a top folding note card and a panel cut down with a stitched die. For the balloons I used the new balloon die by Concord & 9th along with a stencil by Neat & Tangled. The happy is from the Happy Words set by Concord & 9th and the birthday is also by Concord & 9th from the Hooray set.
To finish off the card I added some clear sequins to give it a little sparkle.

I am also entering this one in the challenge of Anything Goes at

Celebrating with my friend Dana AKA Got Joy Creations

Welcome everyone to the blog anniversary and Youtube channel celebration for my crafty friend Dana (who I got to meet the past January at CHA) of Got Joy Creations. I was so honored when she asked me to join her celebration hop.
You are in for a magnificent hop with some incredible talented ladies. We will be sharing projects that were inspired from creations found on Dana's youtube channel.
My card was inspired by THIS CARD using distress oxide inks with a stencil.
To make my card I used a Neat & Tangled stencil and the Say Hello dies by Concord & 9th. I taped down the stencil and then randomly blended the following colors of distress oxide inks, Cracked Pistachio, Worn Lipstick, Broken China, Wilted Violet and Fossilized Amber. After removing my stencil I spritzed with water to get the reaction from the inks.

The hop will run from June 30 to July 5th.
Make sure and comment on each blog for your chance to win some awesome prizes! Winners will be announced on July 7th

Here is the order of the hop in case you lose your way

Resist

It's time for another AAA Cards challenge and our sponsor is Happy Little Stampers with a $20 gift certificate to their store

To make my card I started with a white card base and piece of bristol cut down with a stitched die. I love how the Distress Oxide inks blend on bristol paper.
I stamped the image in versa mark ink and embossed it in white and then blended Broken China, Wilted Violet, Fossilized Amber, Cracked Pistachio and Worn Lipstick over it.
