Cornered Graduation

Happy Sunday Y'all!

My card share today is actually for a challenge for tomorrow over at Splitcoaststampers, but we always post late on Sunday instead of first thing Monday morning because who wants to get up first thing on a monday right?

To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I used the Life Changing Blender Brushes,  Peacock Feathers distress ink, and the Cornes stencil for the background
The stamp set is Graduation Greetings by Technique Junkies Stamps.

Cut Out For Greatness

Hello sweet friends!
Thanks for stopping by, I am still having fun guesting for Gina K Designs.
My card today uses the Crafty Notes set but in a different way. Graduation is just around the corner if you have a May graduate and this sentiment makes a perfect graduation card, even better if they are graduating from cosmotology school, right?

I am entering this one in the challenge at CAS on Friday of Embossing.

To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a panel of black layering card stock for the mat and then a white panel for the focal panel.
I randomly stamped the scissors all over the panel, colored them with Copic markers and then used the Crystalline drops to make them shiny.
For the greeting I used a black piece of card stock cut to 2" square and embossed the greeting in silver. I created a tassel and attached it to the center

Class of 2017

It's time for another challenge at Addicted to CAS, our sponsor for this challenge is Create A Smile Stamps with a £15 to their store.

This challenge fell at the right time as we are headed to our nephews high school graduation and I needed a card.
To make my card, I started with a white top folding card base and a scrap of navy carsick I used for the cap. For the greeting, I used the Double Cut Numbers and Alpha from Concord and 9th. His high scooter colors are navy, red and silver so I used some silver glitter paper from The Ton which is adhesive backed for the inside of the numbers and letters.  I love this glitter paper.
For the cap I punched out two circles of glitter paper and sandwiched a tassel in-between that I made from silver thread.

I used the graduation2celebrate set from The Stamps of Life. This set is timeless because it has a class of image and all the numbers so you could do a grad card for someone graduating in 2015 and beyond.
