Beautiful Day

I am up on the Sweet 'n Sassy company blog sharing this card which has a double duty. Not only is this card for my blog post today for SNSS it is also for the CAS challenge at Splitcoaststampers of Yellow.
My heart is still with those in Ukraine so i have been using yellow and blue on a lot of my cards lately.

To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I used the Mosaic stencil to blend the background.  Next I stamped the cute birdie, colored him and cut him out with the coordinating die.  I also cut out a couple clouds with the die and added some shimmer to them with a nuvo glimmer pen.
For the greeting I stamped part of it directly on the card front and the word beautiful I stamped on a separate piece of cardstock and fussy cut it out.

Also every week of May we will feature sets from a different illustrator and there will be a sale.

My second card also uses the Encouraging Peonies set, I just stamped a different as it is a huge set.  I also used the Graph-it markers to color it and then added the Blessings Word Die
