Happy Easter/ Resurrection Day !

I am up on the Rinea blog sharing one more Easter card to share with you.

I started off with a top folding white card base and a white panel. On the panel I created a cloudy background by using a cloud stencil, blending brushes and some distress ink.

I used a grass border die and the Emerald/Gold Glossy foiled paper.  For the basket, bunny and eggs used an easter die set. The basket is cut out of Mocha Starstruck. The Bunny is cut out of Mocha/Gold Glossy and the eggs use several of the packs, Floral Foiled Variety pack, Peacock Foiled Variety Pack and the Princess Foiled Variety pack.

After I got all the pieces cut out I placed them on my panel to create the Easter scene.

You Are Loved!

I am up on the Rinea Design blog today with this card.

Christmas is my favorite holiday but Valentines Day is not far behind. Although I don't do all the home decorating for Valentines as I do for Christmas but I love making cards for Valentines Day!

To create my card I used the Love Foiled Paper Variety Pack.  I cut strips in different sizes and glued them to my panel and then cut the panel down to 4 x 5.5 and added it to the card base.

The die I used is from Simon Says Stamp and I cut it out of the Glossy Fuchsia/Gold that is included in the pack and glued it to the white backing. To finish the card I popped it up on the striped panel and then added the panel to the base.

Foiled Snowflakes

I am up on the Rinea blog today with this Christmas card. The month of November we are collaborating with Crackerbox & Stamps, My card uses the Snowflakes Large and the Merry Christmas Sentiment.
To create this card I started with a blue card base and Cobalt/Gold foiled paper. To create the panel I inked up the Snowflakes Large by Crackerbox & Suzy  Stamps with the 2.0 Ghost ink. When you do this you have to let the inked up image sit for a few seconds on the foiled paper and you may have to repeat more than once. I ended up using the Misti stamping tool because I inked them several times to remove more color.
To finish the card I added some Silver/Gold foiled paper a a mat and  some rhinestones to some of the snowflakes.

Rinea Meets Joy Clair

I am up on the Rinea blog today with this card using some of our foiled paper along with this gorgeous stamp by Joy Clair Designs who we have been collaborating with the month of October.
I love how this has the look of hammered copper, To achieve that look I started with a piece of Copper/Gold foiled paper and placed it in an embossing folder from my stash and ran it through the die cutting machine. I have no clue who even makes the folder I used.
I stamped the flowers from the Heartfelt Sympathy set by Joy Clair Designs, colored it using Copic markers and popped it on the front of my card. I didn't add a greeting so it could be used for several occasions.
