Rinea Meets Joy Clair

I am up on the Rinea blog today with this card using some of our foiled paper along with this gorgeous stamp by Joy Clair Designs who we have been collaborating with the month of October.
I love how this has the look of hammered copper, To achieve that look I started with a piece of Copper/Gold foiled paper and placed it in an embossing folder from my stash and ran it through the die cutting machine. I have no clue who even makes the folder I used.
I stamped the flowers from the Heartfelt Sympathy set by Joy Clair Designs, colored it using Copic markers and popped it on the front of my card. I didn't add a greeting so it could be used for several occasions.

Rinea meets Joy Clair

Hello and thanks for stopping by!
Today I am up on the Rinea.com blog with this card also using a Joy Clair stamp. For the month of October, Rinea is teaming up with Joy Clair for a month long collaboration so be sure to keep stopping back by the Rinea blog for inspiration and ideas from the design team.

To make this card I grabbed a white card base and some Turquoise foiled paper. I ran the foiled paper through using a polka dot embossing folder. I stamped the floral image from the Succulent Frame set by Joy Clair Designs and colored it using Copic markers and popped it up in the center of the foiled panel.

Away In A Manger

Welcome to day 12 of the 25 days of Christmas Inspiration series. todays card is brought to you by Joy Clair.

I am also up on the Joy Clair blog today with this card using the Away in a Manger set.  This will be my last post for Joy Clair as I am taking a break.  I will still use their stamps so stayed tuned but just taking some time off from DT duties.
Now for the deets on my card, this one is very simple I started with a white top folding card base. I stamped the image in the center and then masked it off to do a little ink blending around it. I used Blue Raspberry and then for the rays I used the Sunbeam stencil and Wild Dandelion ink. To finish the card I added the greeting under the manger.

Colorful Holidays

Bonus post for the 25 Days of Christmas series, brought to you by Joy Clair

I am also up on the Joy Clair blog today with this colorful holiday card. Winter is such a dreary time so I decided to create some colorful holiday cards to brighten the spirits of those who are shut in at the nursing home that our small group visits each month.

To create this card I used the Merry Christmoose set by Joy Clair paired up with those fabulous Atelier inks by Ink on 3.  I simply stamped the trees in rainbow order and then added some of the Snow Paste by Brutus Monroe along the bottom.

Grateful for You!

I am up on the Joy Clair blog today with this card. All month we have been collaborating with Imagine Products and my card features their MBoss embossing powder in Hologram. It's hard to see in the photo but this powder is super shiny and gorgeous.

To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel cut down with stitched die. I stamped the leaf image  from the Fall Greetings set using embossing ink and embossed it with the MBoss embossing powder and then colored it using Copic markers.

Oh Happy Day

I am up on the Joy Clair blog today with this card. All this month we are collaborating with Image products When I saw the Neon Inks I just had to have them to use them with the Wish Big stamp set. I love this set, it makes such a cheerful happy card I know it's a springy card but ya'll it is cold today and tonight is going to be in single digits so I needed to create a card that would feel warm lol.

To Create this card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel. I stamped the image with watermark ink and embossed it wit white powder. I used some neon blue ink and the Layers of Clouds stencil by Picket Fence Studios for the sky. For the grass I blended some green ink, both from the Radiant Cool ink set. For the flowers I used both sets of ink the warm and the cool. To finish the card I added the greeting and a peel off strip along the side.

I stamped the uprights, the football and the helmet from the Fall Family Football set and then masked them off in order to make the sky and grass. I used the Layers of Clouds stencil for the Sky and the Layers of Grass stencil for the grass along with the Life Changing Bender Brushes, all from Picket fence Studios.
To finish the card I added a birthday greeting for a nephew who loves football

Be Still

I am up on the Joy Clair blog using this gorgeous new Hope set. I love the ribbon in this set and you can use it for any type of cancer. The above card is pink for breast cancer of course with it being October and the bottom one is  Teal for ovarian cancer.

Joy Clair and Leisure Arts are teaming up all month so I used the Double Ended markers to color the ribbons.

To create both cards I stamped the ribbon and then masked it off using Masking Magic and then laid the Art Deco stencil over it and used the Life Changing Blender Brushes to create the background over the top half of the card.
On the first card I left the mask on and stamped the boxing gloves before I removed the mask.

You're A Gem

I am up on the Joy Clair blog with this card featuring You're a Gem and the Crystal Background both from our latest release.  We are still collaborating with Rinea Foils and there have been some wonderful projects.

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base and some Foil papers by Rinea. Using the Original MISTI and some embossing ink I randomly stamped an image from the You're a Gem set on a white panel, embossed it in white and then used Wilted Violet distress ink and the Life Changing Blender Brushes. I stamped the Crystal Background on a sheet of foil paper and then embossed it with white powder, when embossing foil you have to be super careful not to get it too hot. After I embossed the Crystal Background I fussy cut  part of it out and attached to the bottom of the blended panel.
For the greeting I used a circle die by Gina K designs and cut out a circe in white and foil. I stamped the greeting on the white circle and attached it to the foil circle.  To finish the card I also attached the blended panel to foil for a mat.
