Beautiful Butterflies

I send out a good bit of Mother's day cards and I just realized how close Mother's day is. I need to get these in the mail next week and I haven't even got started... eek!
To make this card I started with a white top folding card base and the Beautiful Butterflies set by My Favorite Things. The grunge is from the Swirly Bird set by Stampin Up and the greeting is from the Fillable Frames set by Papertrey Ink.  Three different stamp companies to bring this one together.

It's time for a new game at AAA Cards, and it's all about sequins.

I used a stamp set from Papertrey Ink that I have had for awhile but just ran across it as I am getting moved into my new studio. I am also entering this one in the designers challenge at Papertrey Ink. The stitched die I used is from Lil' Inkers.

7 Days of Mother's Day Inspiration ~ Day 5

Welcome to Day 5 of my 7 days of Mother's day Inspiration. Excuse the bad photograph, but this card has been mailed and I can't retake it. For this card I used the Beautiful Blooms set from Papertrey Ink. the greeting is a from a Verve set and the sequins are from Pretty, Pink, Posh.

Make It Monday...on Sunday?

 I played along with Papertrey Ink's Make It Monday challenge (on Sunday) to use paper scraps to make pie charts. I was cleaning my room when I ran across this challenge so I decided to play along instead of tossing some scraps. To make this card was really simple, I just cut scraps in triangles and adhered them to a base piece of paper in the shape I wanted them.  Next I cut the paper with PTI's Monthly Moments Journal card 1 die and placed the Framed Friends die over it. The sentiment is from the Wonderful Words Friends set Happy Stampin'

 My card has a mix of companies on it. I used the Chevron background and Beautiful Blooms II from Papertrey Ink, the die is from Lil Inkers and the sentiment is from Paper Smooches. I think they all came together well for a CAS Mother's Day card.
