Addicted to CAS - 243 Shapes

It's time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS.  Jaydee is our hostess and she chose the code word... 

To make my card I started with a white top folding white A2 card base and a hite panel cut to the same size. This is a code word that can be taken in many ways, at first I thought I would make a shaped card and then I was like, shared cards are not my thing. So I used an image that has shapes, this stamp by Carabelle Studio that has circles in it was perfect.

I stamped it and colored it using OLO markers. The sentiment is from Impression Obsession. 

I haven't used a link list at the bottom of this post because both of these stamps are retired but please feel free to go back to an older post for links if you make a purchase.

Today's card is for the CAS challenge at Splitcoaststampers. Do you ever play along ith the challenges at SCS? If you don't you should, there is no prizes but you can play along at any time because th challenges don't expire. 

If you become a fan club member there are other challenges you can play along with and some of them do have prizes.

To make this card I used a couple stamps by Impression Obsession stamps. Unfortunately these two have been retired because they are red rubber.

Wildflowers

It's Time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS, Barb is our hostess and she chose the code word One Layer, But! Unfortunately Barb has injured herself and will be absent until she can craft again. She's going to be missed! Barb LOVES the one layer card challenge so make her proud!

For my card I started with a top folding white card base. To give it depth, I stamped the greeting, masked it off and added some color. I removed the mask and stamped the wildflowers over it.

Christmas Glitter

It's time for our Monthly Christmas challenge at Happy Little Stampers. Our challenge is always anything goes and then we have an option, the option this month is Glitter. 

Raise your hand if you have a love/hate relationship with glitter. I definitely do. I love glitter but I do not like it at all because it gets everywhere. 

I went on a mini vacay for my birthday and totally forgot to get a few cards done while I was gone so because of that I created a super simple card. I started with a white top folding card base and a tree cut out of glitter paper because it doesn't get everywhere.

No Words

Today's card is brought to you by Impression Obsession Stamps. I am sliding this one in for their summer flowers challenge that ends soon. 

Sympathy cards are so hard to make but this sentiment by Impression Obsession makes it just a little easier. 

This was a very simple card to create. I started with a white top folding card base, a coral panel for the mat and a white panel for the focal panel.  I inked up the Hollyhocks background stamp first with a little Honeysuckle and then added some buttercup and sponged them together to give a faux watercolor. The sentiment it also by Impression Obsession and is a favorite when creating a sympathy card or just a card when you don't know what to say in the moment, because lots of times there are just No Words.
