Sending Sunshine March Edition

Todays card is for another Instagram hop that I love to participate in and this one is pretty special. It's the Sending Sunshine which is a spinoff from the yearly suicide awareness hop that we do. There are so many people that just need a little pick me or hug so we send out cards at least once a month or more to let them know they are seen and loved.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a panel of watercolor paper. I stamped the flowers with water friendly pigment ink and then loosely watercolored them using distress inks. To finish the card, I added the greeting and then splattered it using metallic watercolor paint. 

The stamp sets I used are Victory Blooms and The Lord is Near by Creative Worship Stamps.

Clean & Simple Instagram Hop - March Edition

Todays card is for a hop that I like to participate in over on Instagram. Its a CAS hop where a group of us clean and simple card makers share a card using a monthly theme. March's theme is Friendship. 

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white scrap for the sentiment.  I stamped some flowers and foliage on the card base and then added the sentiment using foam tape. I also stamped one of the flowers cut it out with the coordinating die and added it on the corner with foam tape over the other one. 

A Shaped Card

Today's card is using a new release by Dare 2B Artzy Spread Your Wings along with the new Hexagon Nestables die. The Hexagon die makes great shaped card. 
To make this card, I started with a white side folding Base and then used the largest Hexagon die to cut the shaped base. I used Ballet Slipper as the colored base and then cut another hexagon out of white. I stamped the bird image from the Spread Your Wings set, colored it using OLO markers and the cut it out with the coordinating die. I also cut two extra pieces to give it dimension.  On the white panel I stamped the sentiment and added the piece that was diecut. 

The ProCRAFTinators Club - March Edition

Today's card is for a hop that I participate in over on Instagram. The ProCRAFTinators Club is a group of card makers who attend in person or virtual events and never make the cards. This hop is the second Monday of each month. If you are a proCRAFTinator and would like to join us, hop over to Instagram for all the deets. 

My card uses a products from the 2025 Fall Crop & Create event. The products I used are by Hero Arts and the class actually used fall colors with the stencil. Since I didn't get a chance to use the layering stencil durning the fall I turned it into a spring layering stencil by using spring colors. 

The greeting is also by Hero Arts from the SpecialDay Butterfly set. 

Addicted to CAS 303 -Garden

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Helen is our hostess and she chose the code word...

For my take on her code word, I chose a flower garden full of daisies. To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a panel of watercolor paper for the floral image.  I stamped the floral image with pigment ink and watercolored it using distress reinkers. I created a subtle background using a stencil.  To finish the card, I added the greeting. 

I just can't get enough of this Let Hope Bloom set by Dare 2B Artzy, its so fun to color.

Addicted to Stamps & More 512- Christmas

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to Stamps & More. For this challenge it's time to make Christmas cards. If you are like me, it's nice to get a head start on your Christmas cards.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white pael. I stamped the cat image from the Christas Cats set by Ink Blot Shot. If you are a cat person this sets has lots of fun images to choose from.

AAA Cards 309 - Plus 1

Today starts a new game at AAA Cards. Game 309 is +1. To play along with us take the center prompt and add one of the outer circle prompts to it. For my card as you can see I added a lamb.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel to stamp the image.  I stamped the image, colored it using OLO markers and then cut it out with the coordinating die.  I stamped a greeting underneath the image. 

Cube & Create February Edition

This card is for another hop over on Instagram that I participate in with a group of crafty friends. 

We draw two cards out of the color cubes by Sarah Renee Clark. One from set 1 and the other from set 2.  I chose to use the colors from the card drawn from set 2 to create this commissioned graduation card.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel.  I used a stencil from Winter Retreat the virtual event put on by Concord & 9th. The Congrats die is by Hero Arts with the sentiment being from another Winter Retreat set by Concord & 9th. 

The colors I used also by Concord & 9th are Nectar, Watermelon, Pink Lemonade, Juniper, Lakefront, and Pebble. 

Rediscover Your Supplies - February Edition

Today's card is for the Instahop that I try to participate in each month to rediscover supplies we have forgotten about or that we haven't even inked up.  If you would like to join us each month hop over to my Instagram account for all the deets!

 I products I used on this card are by Concord & 9th and neither of them had ever been inked up.  They will definitely be inked again because I love the look of this card. 

he stencil is Petal Print and the stamp set is Defined. 

Humming A Prayer

Sharing this card using another one of our new release sets, Nectar Kissed. This is one of the new release sets and it's beautiful. I love the sentiment that I used from the set. 

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a panel of watercolor paper. I stamped the hummingbird and the floral image on the watercolor paper and watercolored it using distress re-inkers. 

I stamped the greeting on a black strip and embossed it with white powder.
