UP!

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Jane is our hostess and she chose the word...

At first I was gong t use a balloon but then I thought that many of us would use a balloon so I wanted to do something different.  To make my card, I started with a side folding A2 card base and a panel of Tidepool cardstock.
I ran the Tidepool cardstock through the die cutting machine using this cloud cover plate. I cut out all the pieces for the airplane and pieced them together. The clouds and the smoke from the plane are cut out of white chunky glitter paper.
All the supplies are from last years Summer Camp.

Geometric

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to CAS,  Vicki is our hosetess and she chose the code word..

This one made me think or a minute on what supplies I had to make this card. I knew I had a geometric stencil but I just used it a few days ago.
Looking through my supplies, I found this bee hive with is geometric.
To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base, a piece of gold foil cardstock and a white panel.
I used the gold foil cardstock to cut out the beehive and also cut it again in the white panel and glued the gold over it. I stamped, colored and cut out the flower and bee then added them to the bottom corner.  To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment in the middle.
All products are by hero Arts.

Thank You C9

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Sue is our hostess and she chose the code word Thank You

Last weekend I attended Summer Camp with Concord & 9th. I have attended the summer camp event every year since it started and Concord & 9th does not disappoint. This card is based on a card that Laura Bassen created using the Garden of Gratitude products. Unfortunately these products are exclusive to camp but they have plenty of other great products. You should check them out.
To make this card, I started with a white top folding card base and a powder panel. I stamped the "thank you" in Peacock ink and then die cut the leaves out of Eucalyptus, Juniper and Rainforest. The buds were cut out of Nectar cardstock, and the tiny flowers are cut out of Ballet Slipper. The flowers were cut out of White and I ink blended them with Briar Rose and Plumberry, Sunflower and Sorbet and left a couple of them white and used Sunflower for the centers.
