Wise Men Still Seek Him

Today I am participating in an Insta hop with Creative Worship Stamps celebrating their 17th birthday over on Instagram. You will want to head over and take a look and leave comments because they are giving away one amazing prize. One random person who follow all the rules will win a $170 gift code to the store. Not a typo Korin is actually giving away a $170 voucher to her shop.
For my card, I used the We Three Kings set, since this set was released it has been a favorite of mine and now it also has coordinating dies!
I started with a white top folding white A2 card base and a white panel to create the background sky. I created the sky by using Fossilized Amber, Carved Pumpkin, Abandoned Coral, Salvaged Patina and Blueprint Sketch.
I stamped the image and the sentiment with VersaFine Clair Nocturne then cut them out with the coordinating die.

The Nutcracker

I am up on the CutCardStock blog today sharing these cards.
they were so fun to make using the Nutcracker die set by Concord & 9th.

To make these cards, I started with a top folding precut and scored Classic Crest Solar White. Did you know that CutCardStock will cut your cardstock to A2 size or any size you want for an additional $3 per package? The cut is so clean and straight. It makes it so quick and easy to create a card project.

For the top card, I used the white base and a panel of Stardream Fairway Metallic dry embossed with the Berries & Boughs by Concord & 9th. Next I cut out an oval from the same cardstock using a die from the set. The sprig is cut from Lessebo Hunter Green, however the face and hands are cut from Cougar Natural. I used Juniper (red) Metallic for his suit, and accented it with Gold Metallic. I cut the boots out of Mars (Maroon) Metallic.

The second card was made with the same supplies as the first, I just used white instead of green. This time I did add a “Merry” sentiment to the front of the card and didn’t add the greenery sprigs for a different look.

Warm Wishes

Today's card uses a set by The Rabbit Hole Designs. The name of this set is One Line Snowperson, know why? Because it is drawn using one line, which blows my mind that someone can draw this without picking up their pen or pencil.
To make this quick and easy CAS card, I simply stamped the image along the bottom third of the card so it he would seem to be on a snowy hillside. I colored the image using OLO markers and then added the sentiment to finish the card.
This stamp is now in the clearance section for only $2.99 so hp oer and grab one before they are gone.

AAA Cards 278- A Sketch

Today starts a new challenge at AAA Cards, and it's a sketch.

To make my card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel.  I used the Tim Holtz Stamptember set in collab with Simon Says Stamp. You can only get this set before it sells out in september so needless to say it's no longer available. I have linked another one of Tim's sets below that I love.
I stamped the reindeer on the white panel colored them using OLO markers and cut them out with a postage die. To finish the card, I added the sentiment.

You Make My Heart Bloom

I am back with another fall card using this cute little fox set, Fall Foxes by The Rabbit Hole Designs. I paired it up with an older set, Blooming Heart because you can have flowers blooming in the fall.
I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel. I stamped the floral heart  and fox on the panel, colored them and  cut them out with the coordinating die. I stamped the scarf for the fox on a piece of patterned paper and fussy cut it out.
I popped the heart up with foam tape and then glued the fox to it. To finish the card, I stamped the greeting directly on the card base.

Fall Foxes

Happy November!
It's Fall but let me tell ya how it works for me.  I live in a location where the colors of fall are gorgeous but they are usually gone by November.
So as far as decorating and how I perceive fall it goes like this.
Fall is end of August through October 31st. Christmas is November 1st through January 6th.
Thanksgiving is November 28th.
I usually don't make fall cards in November but I will have another next week using this cute little fox.
To make this card, I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I used the Falling Leaves stencil to create a background and masked off a section for the greeting.

Comfort & Joy

I am up on the CutCardStock blog today sharing this card using some of our Stardream Metallic Cardstock along with this gorgeous die by Concord & 9th.
To make this card, I started with a white top folding card base and a panel of dark green cardstock. For the flowers I used the Stardream Metallic cardstock, the light green and gold are also cut from the metallic cardstock. I added all the pieces to the stitched panel which serves as a guide but can also be used alone.
To finish the card, I added a sentiment stamped on a kraft strip of cardstock, embossed with gold powder and cut out with the die.
