AAA Cards - Game 215

It's time for a new game at AAA Cards challenge.  Our challenge is to have no layers with an option of plants/Grow/Farm you can also use the mood board below.

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base. I stamped these cute flowers across the bottom, colored them using Copic markers and then added a little green shading at the bottom. To finish it I added a thank you sentiment.

DUDE!

Dude!
The new release at Ink Blot Shop has great stamps and stencils for masculine cards.
To create my card I started with a white top folding card base, a black panel for the mat and a white panel for the front.
I stamped the All Tied Up Background in black ink and then used the All Tied Up Stencil to color the ties in rainbow order. To add some detail to the ties I used Copic markers.
To finish the card I stamped the dude on black and heat embossed it in white and then popped it up with foam tape.

Scrappy Birthday

Hello and Happy Wednesday!
I am back for a second post today sharing a card using Hero Arts products for the Stay Crafty Challenge at A Blog Named Hero.

Our challenge for this month is to use your scraps and if you are wondering where my scraps are?, It is the flower vase, It comes from a left over scrap from the January MMH kit. The January kit is also still available and its a great one if you want to grab it before it sells out.

To create this card I started with a top folding white card base, a white panel and additional white cardstock for the floral image.
I stamped the tulips from Tulip Bouquet on a piece of white cardstock, used the stencil to color them and the coordinating die to cut them out.  I did a little ink blending on the panel to create a background for the vase of flowers.
For the vase I used the Keyhole from the cover plate that is a art of the January MMH kit and used the Daisy Mosaic stencil to give it texture. I used a stylus tool to give it curvature and give it a more realistic feel and foam tape to add it to the front of the card.

Happy Mothers Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all those who celebrate.
For me Mother's Day brings a little sadness as I lost my mom in my early twenties and I still miss her.
Since I became a card maker, one of my missions is to send mothers day cards to my friends who have lost their moms the past year with a note of encouragement.

To create these cards I used a die by Hero Arts that made is super simple, all I had to do was color on some and make backgrounds from them.

Coffee Lovers Spring/Summer bloghop with Dare 2B Artzy

Happy Sunday!
Have you hopped along with Spring/Summer coffee lovers hop yet? there is so much coffee inspiration.
Today's card uses Dare 2B Artzy product, another super sponsor of the hop and are offering a discount code in addition to the prize.

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base, a black panel for the mat and a white panel for the front.
I created a rainbow background and then stamped the subway tile across it embossed with white powder. Next I stamped the cup and donuts on a seperate piece of cardstock, colored them with Copic markers and cut them out with the coordinating dies. For the cup I actually cut it out of back cardstock first to offset it and give a shadow.
I have linked the products below and would greatly appreciate it if you would use them when shopping and accept the cookies so I get affiliate credit, this is no extra cost to you but gives me resources to continue to bring you inspiration.

Coffee Lovers Spring/Summer hop with Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps

I am back with another card for the Spring/Summer coffee lovers hop. Things are a little bit different for this one, it's an industry hop. What does that mean? You can go HERE and hop along but there is no link up to link the cards so you get to take a rest on making cards for the hop and sit and relax looking ones made by design team members of the sponsors.
Yesterday I shared Ink on 3 and today I am sharing Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.

To make this card I started with a top folding kraft card base, some white cardstock and some patterned paper. I used the Latte Love set by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps, a scalloped die by TE and some patterned paper by Unity.

I will be back tomorrow with a card using Dare 2B Artzy products

Congrats to the Grads

It's time for our monthly stencil challenge at Happy Little Stampers, this is always anything goes challenge.

Graduation is happening all this month and I have a niece who is graduating from high school so I used a stencil by Taylored Expressions to make her card.
This is a stamp stencil combo that was an exclusive to the spring Stamp Joy so I don't have any links for it.
