Summer, Strawberries & a Sale

It's officially summer and that means fresh strawberries, one of my favorite fruits. The fourth is coming up so I used red, white and blue on my card.
Today also starts day one of the 30 day coloring challenge over at The daily Marker and this image was so fun to color.
The best news is Picket Fence Studios is the brand of the month over at Simon Says Stamp so watch for freebies and discounts!

To create my card I started with a top folding white card base. I stamped the strawberry image on a separate piece of cardstock and colored it using Copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating die. For the background I blended some Storm ink by Pinkfresh Studio using a Life Changing Blender Brush. I added the greeting from the More Fancy Sentiments set to finish the card.

We are also having one fabulous  July 4th sale over at Picket Fence Studios.
20% off the entire site, clearance included, free shipping and with a $40 order you get a free stencil!

All of the July 2020 New Release stamps are 15% off through July 8th! We can all use a little bargain, right? No codes needed, just put them in your shopping cart and the discount will be applied at checkout. If you use my code TJ10Ceal you will receive an addition 0% off your order.

Now for the deets on my cards.
The first sample above, uses the Dandelions in the Wind. To create this card I started with a top folding white card base and a panel of bristol. I stamped the dandelions with embossing ink and embossed them with white powder. I created the background behind them using blender brushes and distress inks. I left the stamp in the MISTI so I could overstep and emboss again with white embossing powder. To finish the card I added the greeting from the Five Fab Phrases set.

My second below is a one layer card. I started with a top folding white card base and using the MISTI I stamped the Floral Card Frame in Blue Lagoon ink and colored it using Copic markers. To finish the card I stamped Dance in the Rain in the center.

Your next stop is my very talented friend, Holly.

Take It Easy

Mark your calendars and set your alarm because it's release day at Erin Lee Creative. The Peace, Love and Happiness kit is her second kit and it's SO FUN!
It's all about the 70's and Hippies and I love it!

In this kit you will get two clear stamp sets, a cling background stamp, two stencils and two dies, one of them cuts out the smily face all for  $59.99 plus shipping. It also has two add on dies that are a great price.

To create my card I used the Swirly stencil and some blending brushes to blend Electro Pop ink. I stamped the smily face on a separate piece of cardstock, colored it using Copic markers and the cut it out with the coordinating die.  I added the greeting, take it easy and the inside reads on your birthday.
I hop you love this kit as much as I do and give it a try.

I am up on the Sweet 'n Sassy blog today with these two cards using the Time Well Spent set from our June release along with some distress products.

To create my cards I started with a Kraft card bases, black panels for the mat and bristol cardstock. I stamped the clock image with my favorite embossing pad and embossed it with Weathered Wood embossing glaze. Next I used Distress Oxide sprays in Broken China and Vintage Photo to create a background. To give it more texture I used the Textured Tiles 1 stamp set in Vintage Photo distress ink. For the slimeline card I also stamped the clock in Vintage Photo and added a happy birthday greeting from the set, Sentimental Mash-up
