Happy 2019

Well 2018 is coming to a close and I have to admit I am ready for it to end. Do you make resolutions? I used to but not anymore because I usually never kept them lol. I have been doing one little words and have had more success with them than with resolutions. 

My one word for 2019 is a repeat from several years ago but I thought that I needed to be intentional again. So my word for 2019 is Intentional, I will be intentional on being more compassionate, giving, caring, and loving. Intentional on spending more time with my Jesus, my family and my friends, intentional on how I spend my time making the most of everyday that I am given. Intentional on sharing with others what I am blessed with, and last but certainly not least, intentional on getting my craft room organized and purging things I never use.

It's time for our first challenge of the new year at AAA Cards. Our sponsor is Happy Little Stampers with a gift certificate to their shop.

We would like to see how you are inspired by this quote. For me it was about the new year and a new set. I have had this set fro the Holiday catalog a couple months but just inked it u fr this card. 

To make this card I started with a white top folding card base and a piece of scrap cardstock. I randomly stamped the images in versa mark and then embossed them in silver embossing powder, for the focal point with the greeting I stamped it also in Versamark ink, embossed it and then used a circle punch I added the greeting in the center and then popped it up in the center of my card

Happy 2015

Happy 2015! 

I hope the rest of the year is going to be better than the start.  To start the year off, I totally forgot to load my card in the cloud so I could do my blog post for the Season's Giving Blog Hop while I was away on Christmas vacation.  Next as we were away the hubs and I both got the crud and were sick. Got a new phone for Christmas and the sales girl lost all my contacts when she was setting it up. Needless to say, I am just getting to feeling better and organized to do my post. 

I made this card using a couple of everyday sets from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. I started with the I've Got Your Number and the Number Dies. I die cut each number three times to give it diminsion and then popped them up

I paired it up with the Birthday Bash set for the confetti and sentiment 

It's been a while since I entered in challenges with my being gone so I am getting back into the swing of things and I am entering this one in the CASology challenge

Our challenge is open to everyone, you can use any stamps and products that you would like, and you can enter as many times as you want.
