Postage Party July Edition

Today's first card is for the Postage Party hop over on Instagram. This hop is where a group of makers get together and showcase different postage stamps and dies.
This moth the theme was Mixed Media. A lot of makers are terrified of that word, actually its pretty simple. All mixed media is, is using at least two different mediums. I used dye ink that reacts with water and a gold metallic pen.

Postage Party - June Edition

My card today is for the Postage Party hop over on Instagram and also a birthday card for a sweet friend.
Each month a group of us get together and share our postage creations using a particular theme. The theme this month was emboss resist. The little panel was created using the emboss resist technique with a background stamp from Hero Arts. The background on the large postage stamp is from Taylored Expressions and the friend die is also from Hero Arts.

Postage Party - April Edition

Today's card is for the postage party Instagram hop.  This is a hop where a group of crafty friends host a hop that uses a specific theme along with postage stamps/stencils/dies. The theme for this month was restrictive. we could not use white, black or any shade of them like cream or gray.
let me tell ya, this was a challenge. I finally got a card done but it took a minute to come up with an idea.
To make this card, I started with a Powder side folding A2 card base and a Powder panel cut down with a postage die by Waffle Flower.  I used the butterfly postage collage stencil also by Waffle Flower along with Hydrangea, Rubellite and Mystic Lake inks by Altenew. The greeting is by Taylored Expressions.

Postage Party - December Edition + Christmas Series Day 1

Today I am participating in the Postage Party Insta hop over on Instagram. This month we were to embellish. I used some enamel stickers by Concord & 9th to do that. The little hearts on the houses, snowflake and gingerbread man and I added some dots on the tree. I also added a little shimmer to the snow on the houses but its hard to see in the photograph.
To finish the card, I added an embossed sentiment also by Waffle Flower.

This one is for Day 4 of my Christmas series.

Sending Some Sunshine

Today's card is for the Sending Sunshine Instagram hop. This hop is a spinoff of the Suicide Awareness hop that we do once a year. A group of us send out encouragement cards each month and send a little sunshine.

My card uses products from Creative Worship Stamps. The florals are from the Bloom With Grace set and the sentiment is from the Lord is Near set.
I used OLO markers to color them.

July Postage Party

This one is for yet another hop on Instagram.  It's the Postage Party hop where a group of crafty friends create a project using postage dies/stamps ect.. Each month has a theme and this month is to use sprays/paste.
I used a gold spray on this card which is kinda hard to see in the photos.
The products I used are from Gina K Designs and Papertrey Ink.
I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel. I used postage die from the Master Layouts 14, the Post Cards and More stamp set and the Create Friendship stencil all by Gina K Designs. The inks I used also from Gina K Designs are light Lilac, Medium Lilac, Dark Lilac, Honey Mustard, Butterscotch and fresh Asparagus.
The light blue that I used on the blocks is Powder by Concord and 9th, a new favorite of mine.
The greeting is from the Say It Essentials set by Papertrey Ink.
