AAA 321 - One plus One

Today starts a new game at AAA Cards. its one of our newer games, one plus one. You take the prompt from the center circle  and one or more more from the outside circes to use on your project. 

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel.  I used a goat from Ink Blot Shop because goats are on a farm and then my prompt for the outside circles is flowers.

Christmas in July - Day 16

It's day 16 in the Christmas in July Instagram hop. That means we are officially half way through and I have managed to post every day, wow.

Today's theme is Christmas Lights. 

I used the Strings of Lights Background and Borders set by Ink Blot Shop. 

To make this card, I started with a whit top folding A2 card base ad a white panel. I stamped the background on the lower 2/3 of the card and added a strip of red cardstock to seperate it. I colored the lights using OLO markers, added a highlight with a white gel pen and then added silver metallic pen for the sockets. To finish the card I added a sentiment from the Holiday Times sentiment set. 

Christmas in July - Day 8

For Day 8 of the Christmas in July hop the theme is Under the Tree. Kitty cats get under a tree right? we don't have cats because my husband and children are allergic  but I have some friends that their cats get in tree and they have to put up a little fence around it to keep them out. 

To make this card, I stamped the image from Ink Blot Shop and colored it using OLO markers.  I added some gold accents with a metallic gold marker.  To finish the card, I stamped the greeting on a seperate piece of cardstock and cut it out. 

Addicted to Stamps & More 512- Christmas

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to Stamps & More. For this challenge it's time to make Christmas cards. If you are like me, it's nice to get a head start on your Christmas cards.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white pael. I stamped the cat image from the Christas Cats set by Ink Blot Shot. If you are a cat person this sets has lots of fun images to choose from.

Gnome Friend

I am up on the CutCardStock blog today sharing this card using our colored cardstock along with the Gnome Sweet Gnome by Taylored Expressions.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and several colors of cardstock. These remind me of paper dolls back in the day.  The cardstock colors I used are below in the supply list.

For the background I used some patterned paper and die cut the friend into a potion of it. I cut the word friend out of gold and pieced it in the negative space. To finish the card I stamped the word hey in front of friend and popped the gnome up. I also added some white gel pen highlights.

Just A Note

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Vicki is our host and she chose the code word....

To make my card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel cut to the same size. I stamped the Lined Paper background and on a seperate piece of cardstock I stamped the post-it note colored it with Copic markers and then stamped the greeting on it and fussy cut it out.

ATCAS 262 - Summer

To me nothing says summer like shakes, floats and ice cream!

To make my card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel. I created a subtle background on the panel by using a stencil.  I stamped the shake on a seperate sheet of cardstock, colored it and fussy cut it out. To finish the card, I added a sentiment underneath.

Welcome to day 9 of my little Valentines series. For my card today I used some products from Ink Blot Shop.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel.  I created a background by randomly stamping the large and small heart from the Aiden's Art set. I colored them in using OLO markers. 

To finish the card I added an embossed sentiment.

Craft Roulette Episode 194

Today's card is for Episode 194 of Craft Roulette. 

The four parameters are 

Project: Square - square element

Colors: Nest - can be any colors because birds just collect things.

Element: Ladder(s) - plaid has ladders in the design 

Random: Add a cat - tabby 

There is still time to play along if you are a Craft Roulette patron. 

To make my card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base, a panel of plaid patterned paper and a couple scraps of kraft cardstock.

I stamped the kitty on a scrap of white CS, colored him and then fussy cut him out. I used another scrap of white to cut a stitched square out of. I cut the patterned paper at a diagonal and added a strip of kraft to the top of it. To finish the card, I added a sentiment from a different set.

Dude! Merry Christmas!

It's Day 5 of my Christmas series and today's card is another one from Ink Blot Shop.

Need a Christmas card for a dude? Here ya go. 

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel. I stamped the Open Dots background in embossing ink and embossed it in white and then ink blended over i to create a background. 

I stamped the little man on a seperate piece of cardstock, colored him using OLO markers and then popped him up on the background. 

To finish th card, I added the sentiment from two different sets.
