Surprise!

Christy one of the owners of Joy Clair stamps has a new grand baby and the design team gave her a surprise grandma shower. I wish I could have seen her reaction in person. She had no idea at all about the shower. Head over to the Joy Clair blog to see everyone's card and gifts to her.  I included a gift card in my card.  Sorry I only have one picture to post. I accidentally deleted them off my phone and the card was already in the mail.  To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a frame using some dies by Pretty, Pink, Posh. I stamped the once from the New Baby set on some patterned paper and then fussy cut it out. To finish the card I added the "little angel" on the once and the congrats greeting.

Oh Baby

It's time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS our sponsor is Happy Little Stamps with a gift certificate to their shop. Our hostess for this challenge is Doni and she chose the code word Baby

To create my card I used a stamp set by Concord & 9th Furry Friends. I started with a white top folding card base and then stamped the bear image on a scrap piece of cardstock, colored it and cut it out with the coordinating dies. The welcome die is from the City Stacks bundle also by Concord & 9th

Favorite Technique

It's time for a new challenge at AAA Cards and our sponsor is SugarPea Designs with a $25 gift certificate. I love SugarPea, Wendy has so many cute stamps.

Our challenge is to use your favorite technique and this was a challenge for me, I have lots of favorites. I had to chose one, so I chose watercoloring. I love to color in general wether its with watercolors, copics or zigs. 

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base a piece of watercolor paper. I stamped the image using Brutus Monroe Raven ink and watercolored it using Daniel Smith watercolors. The stamp I used is a collaboration between Ellen Hudson & Avery Elle. The card I needed was a baby card and there wasn't a greeting in the set that fit the bill so the greeting is by Lawn Fawn.

New Baby

My SweetPetunia and  Joy Clair are still teaming up until the end of the month,  we only have a few more days and I am fortunate to be on both design teams and I have three cards to share with you over the next 4 days using Joy Clair products

 My card today uses two sets actually from our newest release New Baby and Washed by the Blood

To make my card I started with a white top folding card base and some plaid patterned paper by Lawn Fawn. I stamped the once onto the patterned paper and fussy cut it out, next I placed the card in the Mini Misti and  stamped the greeting underneath the onesie. I also used the Misti to stamp the little duck and then colored it with Copic Markers.

Twice The Love

Today I attended a double baby shower for to sweet mama's that are expecting baby girls next month.  This set Warm Welcome by Lil' Inker Designs makes the perfect baby card. I started with a top folding card base and a panel cut down on one side with a stitched die. I stamped the floral images using Altenew ink and the cut them out with the Warm Welcome coordinating dies. I added a strip of patterned paper down the side.
Even thought it may be a tad liberal I used this weeks sketch from  CAS(E) This Sketch

Welcome Little One

Happy Sunday!  It's time for another challenge at AAA Cards and our sponsor is Stampendous with a $20 gift certificate up for grabs, all you have to do is play along by linking up a CAS card to our blog.

This card only took me about 6 minutes to make, I started with a white top folding card base and a white stitched panel cut with my go to die from MFT's Blueprints 15. As I was cutting the stitched panel, I also cut out the Peek-a-Boo circle, also from My Favorite Things. The stamp I used is from Avery Elle's Storybook set. I stamped it directly on the front of the card where it would be in the circle when I added the panel. To finish the card and keep it CAS I added just the sentiment.

Welcome

It's November and that means another 30 days of coloring with Kathy Racoosin at The Daily Marker. Love this challenge and try my best to get something colored everyday because it is so relaxing. 

To make today's card I used a cute set from Neat & Tangled and colored it with Copic markers.  When stamping the Welcome inside the banner, I used the MISTI because I didn't want to have to redo the entire card.

Welcome

Happy Saturday! 

It's time for another challenge at Addicted to CAS, our sponsor for the challenge is Create A Smile Stamps.

To make my card I started with an A2 card base and a panel cut with the Silly Stitched die from Lil' inker Designs. I stamped the wreath image from the set Warm Welcome  in Baked Brown Sugar and the flowers and leaves with some Simon Says Stamp inks and cut them out, next I added the Welcome die cut on and added the sentiment. to finish the card I popped my panel up with some foam tape.

Kindness

Today I am playing with some Stampin Up products to make a baby card for a teammate who just had a sweet baby boy.

 I used a retired set Yee-Haw for the background and the hat. the once and Booties are from two different stamps Made with Love and Something for Baby that can be used together along with the dies. 

Speaking of Kindness, yesterday I met up some of my crafty girlfriends here at a LSS to have a crafty day since I will be moving away sometime in the near future. I am really going to miss each one of them so much, we have such a great time when we all get together.

Is My Friend Furry??

For this card I am playing with some So Suzy Stamps, I just couldn't resist inking up this cute little Dino for the Furry Friends challenge at Simon Says Wednesday. Are Dinosaurs furry? I am guessing that there is not one alive to tell .

I am also entering this one for the Sparkle & shine challenge at One Layer Simplicity.
