Hey Gorgeous

I am up on the Ink on 3 blog today with this card featuring our newest set, Hey Gorgeous

To create my card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel. I stamped the image using Blackout ink and then colored her using Copic markers. I masked her off except the hat and then used a stencil to create the flower pattern. I stamped a flower also from the Hey Gorgeous set, fussy cut it out and added it to the hat. To finish the card and tie in the pink I added a pink dress/shirt to her.
This is for day 26 of the 30 day coloring challenge and I can't believe I have played along every day. thanks to the sheltering in place I guess lol.

I also wanted to let my blog readers know if you are not following me on Instagram that I am having a birthday giveaway over on my Instagram account @cealp. You are welcome to come follow me there for a chance to win, I will be giving away 7 different prizes.

30 Day Coloring Challenge

Hello and thanks for stopping by.

Today I am sharing a couple cards that I created for the The Daily Markers 30 day coloring challenge. Both of these cards are shared on my Instagram page and I thought I would share them here as well. In case you don't follow me on Instagram my account there is @cealp. and I will be holding a couple of giveaways there soon, so be sure to follow me there.

Since it is officially spring I have been making spring cards.
My First card using a Brutus Monroe set, Love You Florals. To create this card I started with a white top folding card base, a black panel and a white panel for the image. I stamped the florals with a Copic friendly ink and colored them with Copic markers. The greeting is by Tailored Expressions out of one of the Simple Strips sets.

The second card uses the Meadow Blossoms and Brushed Strip Background  by Concord & 9th. As you can probably tell I LOVE these two sets because I have used them both quite a bit, they just pair up so nicely.

Perfect Gift

I am back with another card from the new Picket Fence Studios release.
This Sleeping Baby set is adorable and makes a perfect baby card. It also has a coordinating die as well.
To create this card I started with a white card base. I stamped the image and then masked it off so I could create the blanket. I did that by using the Flowers in a Heart stencil and the Life Changing Blender Brushes.  I added a band at the top of the blanket by adding a embossing ink with a pen and then added some WOW embossing powder. I colored the baby using Copic markers for Day 15 of the 30 day coloring challenge.  To finish the card I added the sentiment and popped it up on the front.

Circles

It's time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS, Sue is our hostess and she chose the code word Circle. When I went to make my card for the challenge I was immediately drawn to this new Gina K Designs set Kindness Wreath.

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base, I stamped the wreath image and colored it using Copic markers for day 14 of the 30 day coloring challenge at The Daily Marker.

Christmas Cheer

It's time for our monthly Christmas challenge at Happy Little stampers. Our challenge is always anything goes and then there is an optional twist. March's twist is Beverage. If you read my post yesterday, then you know how it has been snowy, cold and rainy here so I decided to create a cup of hot cocoa featuring my little friend Cocoa.

To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel cut to the same size to stamp the image so I could color it and it not show through. I stamped Cocoa and colored him using Copic markers and then masked him off to create a subtile starry background using a stencil by A Colorful Life Designs and the Life Changing Blender Brushes by Picket Fence Studios.
