STAMPtember and Ink On 3

Celebrating with Ink On 3 for their STAMPtember set. I have no clue what kind of flower this is because I am not a plant person, all I know is it is gorgeous when watercolored with Atelier inks. 

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a panel of white Heavystock cut to the size. I stamped the image using Blackout detail ink and then embossed it in clear powder. I watercolored it using Atelier ink.  I embossed the sentiment with white powder and cut it out with the coordinating die. 

To finish the card I used a fine ink pen and added small dots as a background

AAA Cards Game 288 - A Sketch

Just Keep Swimming

Last week I participated in a week long awareness hop over on Instagram for suicide prevention but September is suicide prevention month so I am back to share another encouragement card. I lost one of my older brothers to suicide and there are just so many question and so much guilt.Please if you are having suicidal thoughts, reach out to me here of call 988 there is always someone willing to listen. Just keep swimming, we are here to keep you from drowning. 
To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a panel cut to the same size. I stamped the Koi fish using Blackout ink and colored them using Altenew alcohol markers. I created soe water beow using a stencil.

Ink On 3 and STAMPtember

Today I am sharing a card using the collaboration set between Ink On 3 and Simon Says Stamp. This set will only be available while supplies last so hurry on over to Simon Says Stamp and grab yours.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a panel cut to the same size. 

This set is a layering set and on the back of the package it gives a guide how to layer them. I layered the bird using Atelier Inks in Peacock Blue and My Jam Purple. The flowers I didn't layer I used Bee Sting Yellow and off stamped it so it would not be as bold and give more of a watercolored look. To finish the card I popped up the bird and added the greeting underneath.

Hoppy Birthday

Today starts a new challenge at AAA Cards and we have a sketch for you. I am still on a birthday kick and sharing this card using this cute set by Ink On 3.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white A2 panel. I stamped the image and colored it using OLO markers. 

My take on the sketch was three elements and a sentiment.

Absolutely Ribbiting!

Today starts another biweekly challenge at Addicted to Stamps & More. 

Our challenge for the next two weeks is to make your mark. This doesn't necessarily mean you have to use markers, you can use any coloring medium you'd like. 

To make my card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base. I created a background for tthe frog by using a stencil. I stamped the image on a seperate piece of cardstock, colored it using OLO markers and then fussy cut it out. To finish the card, I added a sentiment and popped up the image using foam tape.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter/Resurrection day everyone! Today is also my birthday but it hasn't been the greatest as we lost one of my older brothers a few days ago. We celebrated his life yesterday and today we celebrated Jesus.

Sweet Friend

It's time for a new challenge at AAA Cards. this fortnight we have a sketch for you to play with.  

To make my card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a hte panel cut to the same size. I stamped the cupcake, colored it using OLO markers and cut it out with the coordinating die. 

I created a border to follow the sketch by ink blending through a stencil.

to finish the card, I added a greeting.

Welcome to day 8 of my valentines series. Todays card is for episode 199 of craft Roulette. 

Here are the 4 parameters 

Project: Card with bookmark
Colors: Bakery 
Element: Large animal(s)
Random: Add horizontal lines

To make my card, I stated with a top folding A2 white card base and a white panel. I used a stencil and ink blended some cupcake "bakery colors" and the added a "bookmark" tab at the top of the panel. I stamped and colored the "large" elephant using OLO markers and then fussy cup him out. To finish the card, I added some "horizontal "strips to separate the background.

Ink On 3 New Release

The Ink On 3 design team is hosting an insta hop over on instagram using the new products. 

Both cards were pretty simple to make, I started with a a couple white top folding A2 bases and white panels. 

I created backgrounds using the stencils and distress inks and created two different styles of cards with the images. I colored them using OLO markers.
