Make The Cards Challenge

There is a new challenge in blogland to play along with us each week.

 It is Make The Cards Challenge. Our very first challenge is a sketch challenge. 

you don't have to follow the sketch exactly as long as we can see it in your card.

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base and a panel of patterned paper. I am trying hard to use more of the paper I have on hand because it is a ton!

To the card base, I added the patterned paper and the attached the Heart Burst die by Erin Lee Creative cut out of holographic cardstock. Before I attached it, I used the hugs word die from the Mail Drop dies by Concord & 9th and ran it back through the die cut machine. 

I embossed the sentiment from a retired Concord & 9th set with white embossing powder and added it to finish the card.
