To make my card I stamped the bigger dots using inks and the stamped the smaller dots with versa mark and embossed with clear embossing powder. I sponged over the entire piece using distress ink. Next I used the balloon dies from the retiring Birthday Bash set and made sequin shaker filled with sequins from Pretty Pink Posh
Our challenge to you this week is to use Polka Dots on your card.
