AAA Game 319 - A Color Challenge

A new game starts today and its a color challenge. I bet you didn't expect a Christmas card with these colors huh? As you know I am participating in a the Christmas in July hop over on Instagram where you post a Christmas card each day using a theme. Today's theme is Trim the Tree so I am killing two birds with one stone. I had to make a bunch of cards in advance because I am actually on a mission trip right now so I pray all these scheduled posts are actually posting. 

Now to the deets of my card.  I started with a white top folding A2 card base and white panel for the image. I stamped the tree, colored it using the coordinating stencils and cut it out with the die. The sentiment is from The Ton Stamps.

Postage Insta Hop

I am back with another card today and its for another Insta hop.  I love the postage dies along with the stamps and stencils you can get for them. This particular die, stamp and stencil set is by The Ton stamps.

Skin Cancer Awareness Hop

Today's card for a Instagram hop that I am participating in to raise the awareness of skin cancer.

To make this card, I started with a white side folding A2 card base and a white panel.  I used the beachscape stencils by The Ton Stamps along with a sentiment by Hero Arts.

These stencils are fun to use with the many layers.

CASE It

Today's card is for another hop over on Instagram. For this hop we are to find a card we are inspired by and CASE it, which means copy and share everything but change it up a little bit to make it your own. 
I was inspired by my friends Jen's card, here it is.

I changed it up by using a different color, floral element and sentiment. I used the same sketch and brick embossing folder. I was going to add a little bling like hers but forgot. 

Rediscover Your Supplies

Today I am participating in a Insta hop over on Instagram with several other crafters to rediscover our supplies. Sometimes, if ou are like me you forget to use a certain supply or you forget you even have it until you go looking. I have had this stencil a few months and hadn't used it. This hop allows us to look through our things and discover something we have never used or a love for something that has been forgotten. 
To make my card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel. I ran the panel through the die cutting machine using a postage die. I used the stencil from The Ton that coordinates with the die to create the postage sunflower background. To finish the card, I used the Not a Bill stamp set.

Craft Roulette Episode 211

Today's card is for this episode 211 of Craft Roulette. Kelly Taylor was the special guest and here are the parameters. I made a badge that I can use each week.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and cardstock for the jeep and balloons.

I stamped the balloons, colored them and then fussy cut them out. For the jeep I cut out the main body and pieces out of white cardstock and colored them using OLO markers. I cut the grille and bumper out of silver cardstock and the tires and light bar out of black. You can't really see it in the photo but I used a scoreboard to make grooves in the tires. 

This card was super fun to make. I have linked the supplies below. 

The balloons are from Taylored Expressions but have been discontinued.

Addicted To CAS 235 - Garden

It's time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Toni is our hostess for this challenge and she chose code word garden. This can be taken so many ways, A garden veggie, a garden fruit, a garden flower (what I chose) or an actual garden.

To make this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I used a 3D embossing folder on the panel and then ink blended over the raised areas with color. After I was done it was so soft that I used a sympathy greeting to finish the card.

Spring Tulips

I am on the CutCardStock blog today sharing this card.

Spring is finally here, well is supposed to be here, in my mountains it is still cold.

To make this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel.

I used a stencil for the subtile background and a hot foil plate for the image. I foiled it with goil foil and then used OLO markers to color over it.

Perfectly CAS

It's time for our monthly challenge at Perfectly CAS. This month our challenge is to emboss it can be heat or dry just remember no more than one third of your card. 

To make this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel for the embossing. 

I used a embossing folder by Memory Box. I inked up just a corner of the folder and ran it through my die cutting machine.

I added a sentiment by the Ton for finish the card

Dots

It's time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Vicki is our hostess and she choose the code word Dots

To create my card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel.

I used tissue paper and cut out different sizes of dots using several sizes of circle dies.

To finish the card I added a birthday sentiment by The Ton and a butterfly by PinkFresh Studio.

Happy Birthday ATSM

It's time for a new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More. It is our coloring challenge but it is also our 10th birthday. 

To create my card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel. I used a hot foil plate by Spellbinders for the image and colored it using Copic markets right over the foil. I found a gold foil frame in my stash so I added it over the focal panel.

Dreaming of a White Christmas

My card share today is yep a Christmas card. This one is for the new challenge for our Fan Club members over on Splitcoaststampers. If you are not a member of Splitcoaststampers you are missing out, there are all kinds of challenges, a place to sell your crafty stash, a place just to hang out and talk stamping with other stampers. 

To make this card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel.

I used a cover plate die for the background and then cut a large snowflake three times and glued them together for dimension. The greeting is by The Ton.
