Final CPS Sketch #102

 

Tami Mayberry who is creator of the CPS blog has decided that October will be the final month for the CPS blog :(

I love Tami's sketches and hate to see it go "but all good things must come to an end" she says. She will continue to have a sketch here and there on her personal blog so, if you like CPS sketches make sure you become a follower of her blog.

For my card I used one of Tami' stamps Grand Tags, this is a beautiful set especially for the music lover or grandparent.

Mix It Up Monday ~STV12MON40

 

I was asked to host the Mix It Up Monday challenge over at Stamp TV, what an humbling honor!

Since October is breast cancer awareness month then I of course wanted Pink in my challenge and as a cancer survivor, I know how important hope and love become also. You begin to appreciate the simple things in life.

So my challenge is to make a clean and simple (CAS) card incorperating Pink, Love annd Hope. You can find my challenge HERE.  

The keyword is STV12MON40 and you have until 8pm CST,  Sunday Oct. 14th to enter. I can't wait to see what you come up with.

This is a card I made for today's CAS challenge at SplitCoast Stampers (CAS179), which happens to be Miss Boo's last challenge so if you get a chance hop over to SCS and wish her well.

Since becoming a member of Tami Mayberry's design team, I have come to LOVE Clearsnap products. they are her official sponsor and boy am I glad, their inks are Awesome! I only inked my stamp once with Colorbox Party Pink ink and look at that coverage! 

for my card I used Tami's set Masculine Tags although I made it not so masculine..haha

along with some Party Pink Ink and twine around the star and on the edges

Happy Birthday Honey

 

Today is my husbands birthday and he always looks at my blog so I wanted to wish him a Happy Birthday and share the card I made for him. I found this quote online and loved it because that's exactly what happened with us. I used Vintage Notes by Tami Mayberry for Gina K. Designs and some Echo Park Time and Seasons patterned paper go along with it and give it that rustic feel

It's Wednesday and that means it's time for another Creative Belli challenge.

 Our challenge that runs until July 18th is Stars.  Now with it being independence day and the challenge being stars you would think I would make a patriotic card huh? I know most of the cards would be patriotic

For my card I used a set designed by Tami Mayberry for Gina K. Designs Masculine Tags. I also used some new ink I have come to love Clearsnap, it has the best coverage.

Just love this set from Tami Mayberry. This girl has lots to say to give you a laugh. For Both cards, I used Copic Markers and used some design paper from Echo Park. I thought I had already shared the one card on my blog but I guess I shared it everywhere but here so now I am sharing it with you.
