 For my card I used the Psalm 46:1 digital stamp. I love this promise that lets us know we can always count on God to help us in times of trouble, how comforting! My flower is made out of dryer sheets. I love the way these flowers turn out and they smell good too! I added some stickles to give it a little sparkle.

 For my card I used Rhubarb Back To School digital stamp. You can now get this image along with another and 9 sentiments in a clear stamp.   I colored my image using Copic markers.The chevron pattern is actually a clear set that was released today also, Grunge Borders.

 For my card I used the Ocean Paradise digital stamp. I colored my image using Copic markers. I printed the image twice once on design paper and paper pieced the umbrella.

My card uses the digital stamp Movie Time Popcorn. I colored my image using Copic markers and went with red for my card because of the popcorn container. I also like this black/white diamond pattern because it reminded me of the movie theater floor. My design papers are Echo Park

It's tuesday and time for another throwdown! 

With the forth of July approaching our challenge this week is Summertime, With Independence day coming up that ways screams summer to me.

I made my card for my daughter who serves in our nations military. Notice her sparkly red shoes? My daughter loved her ruby slippers when she was a little girl so I wanted to see if she would notice.

For my card I used a Sweet 'n Sassy digital image Baseball Rhubarb. the baseball is also a digital stamp Cocoa Loves Baseball, I enlarged the stamp so I could cut out the baseball using a diecut. I placed some tissue paper underneath the baseball to give it some dimension.

It's my week to play along with the DT challenge at Meljen's Designs. This week we have a great sketch for you to try

 For my card I used Circus Clown . I just love this sweet clown and he is fun to color. I added some balloons since it is a birthday card.

Tuesday Throwdown #103 ~ Window Cards

 

It's Tuesday and that means it's time for another throwdown. This week we are challenging you to make Window Cards, this is something I don't do a lot of.

 Our  sponsor this week is My Grafico and I fell in love with this cute lil owl. I made my window card a little different because I wanted him to look all cozy in his home. To make the tree I embossed a piece of white cardstock and sponged it with distress inks until I got the look I wanted.  I used a circle die and cut out the center. I popped up the embossed piece and adhered it to a dark chocolate piece of cardstock. I used the same circle die paired with a scallop doe to get the edge around the hole and give it more dimension.
