Coffee Lover's Guest Designer

Back in April I was honored to be chosen as a designer pick from the Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Hop. I am excited to be a guest designer today as a result of that.  As you know if you are a follower of my blog, I don't drink coffee but I love making coffee themed cards.

My card uses a new set by Dare 2B Artzy, Be Frappe along with the Frappe-Donut dies which also coordinate with another new set we have, Latte Love.

To create this card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel in which I cut with the Rectangle Frame-lits to make a frame.  On the inside piece I created a background by using this Stencil. https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=170503

I stamped the images on a separate piece of cardstock, colored them using Copic markers and cut them out with the coordinating die. To finish the card I added some gloss to the donuts and popped them up using foam tape.

Sponsored By Coffee

Happy Wednesday!
I am up on the Picket Fence Studios blog today with this card that is also for the Fall/Winter  Coffee Lovers bloghop. As you all know I do not drink coffee but I love to participate in this hop.

To create my card started with a white top folding card base, some black card stock, some patterned paper, and the the Sponsored by Coffee set by Picket Fence Studios along with the Coordinating die.
I stamped the image once on white card stock and once on patterned paper by Lawn Fawn from my stash. I fussy cut the cups out, paper pieced them on the image, and colored the rest with Copic markers. Next using the coordinating die I cut out the entire image and popped it up with foam tape.
I used the Funky Leaves stencil along with the Life Changing Blender Brushes to create the background.

Fill My Cup

With something other than coffee bahaha...
I am not a coffee drinker but love participating in these bloghops so I am back with another coffee card.

This card features several sets by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps another super sponsor of the hop.
To create this card I started with a top folding white A2 card base and and a white panel cut down a quarter of an inch smaller.
To create the background, I stamped the flower from the Happy Day set with Gina K watermark ink and embossed it with white embossing powder, next using the Life Changing Blending Brushes I blended Gina K inks in Passionate Pink and Wild Dandelion and by doing this created an an orange in the middle.
Next I stamped the cup from the Fill Me Up set and colored it using Copic markers. The word coffee is from the Jesus & Coffee set. The greeting is from the Fill Me Up set but flower is from the Itty Bitty Blossoms set

I have used affiliate links in my post, what does this mean? If you follow the links or click on the description picture below and shop from them, I will receive a small commission from the sale which is no additional cost to you but compensates me for using the product and my time.
Thank you for your support!

Joy Clair & Coffee Loving Cardmakers Bloghop

Hello and welcome to the collaboration blog hop between Joy Clair and the Coffee Loving Cardmakers DT.

You should have arrived here from Donna's blog, wasn't her card fabulous!?
To create my card I used a new set created specifically for this hop, Coffee Talk. This is the cutest set, I am a couple cards with it and I am not even a coffee drinker.

To create my first card I started with a top folding white card base and a strip of patterned paper by Lawn Fawn. I stamped the image on a scrap piece of cardstock and colored it using Copic markers, fussy cut it out and then added it to the card front using Foam tape to give it dimension.

For my second card I also used white top folding card base, a white panel cut down with a stitched die, patterned paper by Lawn Fawn and the Coffee Talk set. I cut down the patterned paper with a stitched die and added it to the front of the card, next I took the white panel and randomly stamped the coffee cup and then colored it with Copic markers. For the coffee, I used Cathering Poolers new ink, it's the perfect coffee color.

Your next stop is Monica and she has a gorgeous card for you using this same set.
Be sure to leave comments on everyones blog to be eligible for prizes.
