D2BA March Challenge

It's my turn to make a sample for the monthly challenge at Dare 2B Artzy. Our challenge for March is Anything Goes

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I stamped the subway sentiment three times across the front, embossing them in white and then ink blended Prize Ribbon over it.

I stamped the coffee cup and donut on a separate piece of cardstock and paper pieced the cup.

To finish the card I added a sentiment stamped out on a strip

Coffee Helps

I am up on the Sweet 'n Sassy blog today with these two cards using the Coffee Talk, Coffee Talk 2 and A Little Snarky sets.
To create these cards I started with top folding white card bases. The top card I also used a white panel for the stamping. I created this one in a coloring book style as the sentiment seemed fitting for it. I used the Graph-it markers that I received for Christmas to color the cups from the Coffee Talk set. The girl is from the A Little Snarky set.

For the second card I used an image from the set A Little Snarky and colored her using those same markers. The sentiment is from the Coffee Talk 2 set released this month. to give the card more interest, I added a subtle background behind her.

Coffee and Christmas

Hello and welcome to day 10 of my series, 12 Days of Christmas Inspiration.Todays cards are brought to you by Erin Lee Creative. Erin released a new kit and we are having a blog hop to feature it and to give you some inspiration.

Because of this bloghop falling within my holiday series I wanted to show how it could be used for Christmas card making. So to do that I created two cards for you one uses the kit and one uses the add on dies.

The first card above uses one of the add on dies, Cup Heart Die. I cut it out using Bristol cardstock and then stamped the flower from the Winter Florals stamp set and colored them both with the Daniel Smith watercolors. For the background I used the Coffee Rings stencil and some brown ink by Hero Arts.

My second card uses the large 6x8 stamp in the kit. She is all ready to tackle the shopping with her hair up in a messy bun and her ugly christmas sweater on, but first coffee right?

To create this card I started with a white card base and a white panel cut the same size as the base. I stamped the image and colored it with Copic markers and then stamped it again on some patterned Christmas paper and fussy cut her sweater out and paper pieced it on. The sentiment is from that same stamp set.
