Congrats for All the Things

It's time for our monthly Stencil challenge at Happy Little Stampers. 

Our challenge is always Anythig Goes and for the stencil one there is no twist or option so have fun! 

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base and a  piece of white cardstock cut to 8 x 10.5, yes you read that right. I used the birthday Create in Quads stencil by Taylored Expressions,
