Be a Rainbow

I promised another card using the latest release by Erin Lee Creative and here it is.

 

For this card I started with a white top folding card base. I used the Striped Stencil along with the blending brushes to create my background. There is also a striped background stamp you could use instead. The sentiment is from the the Striped Sentiments stamp set that coordinates with it. To give it some interest I added a rainbow from the Somewhere Rainbow Stamp set.
