Hello and welcome to day 16 of my 25 days of Christmas Inspiration series.
I am also up on the Technique Junkies blog with this card.
Can you believe it's only 9 days until Christmas? Where did this month go, If you are like me then you are still making cards and your friends and family will receive them after Christmas.
To make my card I started with a top folding white card base and a panel of watercolor paper cut down with a stitched die. When I use watercolor paper I always use my Misti so I can get a crisp image but today I
used it to help me stamp the cord and top to the ornament. Using the Christmas Ornaments set and the Mini Misti I used Tombow markers to color right on the stamp itself and then spritzed it with a fine mist of water and shut the lid to get the watercolored ornaments. Next I inked the stamps up with Versamark ink and closed the lid to stamp the cord and top of the ornament and then embossed them with Brutus Monroe Gilded embossing powder. To fins the card I used a greeting from the Gifts of Christmas set and also embossed it with Gilded embossing powder.
You can purchase these stamps I used and lots more at Technique Junkies and I have a code for you to save 10%
