Inspired by a Film

It's time for another challenge at AAA Cards our sponsor this time is Winnie & Walter with a $25 gift certificate to the store. We have a fun challenge for you

Can you guess what film inspired my card? The answer is on the AAA cards blog but don't peek, take a guess and leave a comment there just might be a prize involved.

To make my card I started with a white top folding note card and a white panel cut down with a stitched die. I stamped the scarecrow image from the set Happy Harvest by Lawn Fawn and masked it off to stamp the corn around it.
I colored the scarecrow with Copic markers and the car is stamped with Harvest Fresh Ink.

  1. When I first saw your lovely card I thought children of the corn or to pick a less creepy movie the scarecrow, but it's probably inspired by the wizard of OZ? love your card and the fact it could be a number of movies ;-)

  2. What a sweet card, Ceal! The scarecrow is too cute to actually scare any birds!! I'm afraid I have no idea what movie this is from, maybe The Wizard of Oz? It's the only movie I can think of right now with a scarecrow in it!

  5. Wizard of Oz is the only movie I can recall with a scarecrow. I think our kids watched that movie every time it was on TV. I love your card too.
