Welcome to Day 4
of The 12 Days of Holiday Projects Blog Event. Several crafty bloggers
and I decided to post one holiday project a day for 12 days - just for
fun. The projects will be anything crafty like cards, ornaments,
wreaths, advent calendars, etc… We’re posting projects we made using
products we like and hope they will give you some inspiration for your
own holiday craft projects. You will find links to all the other
participating bloggers below. Hopefully you can find time to look at
their blogs and leave comments on any that inspire you. Happy Holiday
Crafting!!
It's also Tuesday and time for another Loves Rubberstamps challenge, this week Anything Goes. I love these kinds of challenges because it gives me an opportunity to ink up a stamp I have not used in a while like this cute Magnolia image of Tilda and Edwin skating. This is an older stamp but one of my favorite Magnolia's, if you have a favorite and do not see it in the store feel free to contact Laura I am sure she can get it for you.
To make my card I first stamped the image and cut it out for a mask, next I stamped the image directly on the cardstock and used the mask to cover it as I stamped snowflakes all around it with versamark ink. I embossed the snowflakes with white embossing powder and sponged broken china distress ink over the entire piece of cardstock. last I removed the mask and colored my image using Copic markers
