Addicted to CAS 314 - Water

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Melanie is our host and she chose the code word...

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel for the image.  I stamped the lighthouse, colored it using OLO mares and then cut it out with the coordinating die. I created a background on the card base by ink blending some light brown ink for the and and blue ink for the water.  To finish the card I added the birthday sentiment. All products are by the Rabbit Hole Designs. 

Christmas in July - Day 13

Today's theme brings cookies, Christmas Cookies or Gingerbread. I used both. The Gingerbread cookies are from the Christmas Cookies set by Creative Worship Stamps. The sentiment is by The Rabbit Hole Designs. 

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base, a white panel and a Wheat panel. I cut down the white panel with a curvy die from a SCT event.

I stamped the cookies on a seperate piece of cardstock, colored them and cut them out with the coordinating die then added them to the panel and stamped the sentiment underneath. 

High Tide

Today starts a new game at AAA Cards. Game 316 is a 1+1 challenge and this is how you play. Use one of the outer circles with the inner circle which is summer. For my card, I used Beach. 

To make this card, I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel for the image. I stamped the mermaid, colored her using OLO markers and then cut her out with the coordinating die. I created the "beach"  by ink blending some Salty Ocean at the bottom of the card. 

Misti Lite meets TRHD

The My Sweet Petunia and The Rabbit Hole Design teams are hopping together in a crafty collab to share some inspiration using the newest tool from My Sweet Petunia, the Misti Lite!

This new tool is genius, its super lite and travel worthy. You can stamp absolutely anywhere on a card, envelope, or scrapbook page. there is a magnetic mat that is sold separately to use with it but if you have your own magnetic glass mat it works well with it. 

I made a couple cards using the Misti Lite, the magnetic mat and products from The Rabbit Hole Designs.

To make the top card, I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I placed the panel on the magnetic mat and placed the stamp (One Line Peony) on the clear side of the Misti Lite (there is a clear side and a rubber side), and stamped it on the panel. I used post it notes to mask off what I had stamped and because the mat is magnetic, I placed the stencil down and held it with magnets as I stenciled the top portion. I had stamped the image on a separate piece of cardstock, colored it and fussy cut it out to place over the one i stenciled over. 

The second card above I bascially created it the same way and used the same stencil (Modern Luxury) along with one of the Caffeinated Critters.

Rediscover Your Supplies - October Edition

Today's card is for the Rediscover your supplies hop over on instagram. 

The premise of this hop is to find hidden treasures instead of buying new supplies. I challenge you to rummage through your closets, bins, shelves and drawers. You just may be surprised at what you have tucked away. This month we are focusing on Halloween supplies. 

My card uses a set by The Rabbit Hole Designs. and a Tim Holtz stencil. 

AAA 281 - Anything Goes

We are back with our Clean & Simple challenges for 2025. Our first challenge for the new year is Anything Goes with a twist of flies in the air.

I created a cloudy background using a stencil on the card base and to finish the card, I popped up the puffin and added a sentiment.

Stud Puffin

Well Christmas is over and what Holiday do we think of next? Valentines day of course. This is my last post as an official team member for The Rabbit Hole Designs. I will still share cards made with their products just not as a DT member.Today's post is also supposed to be another favorites post so here is another favorite of mine using TRHD products from this year. 

A New And A Favorite

Welcome to day 20 of my holiday series 25 Days of Christmas Inspiration. Today's card is brought to you by The Rabbit Hole Designs.We were given the last couple weeks of December off from making new projects and are to share our favorites from 2024. I am still in the process f making my Christmas cards so I have a new card to share and I have included one of my favorites from 2024 as well

To make this card, I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel cut down a quarter of an inch. 

I stamped the snowmen on a seperate piece of white cardstock, colored them using OLO markers and cut them out with the coordinating die. I used a mask to create the snowdrifts in the background. 

To finish the card, I added the sentiment. 

Here is one of my favorites from 2024. I love it because it is so bright and colorful.

Fa -La-La-La

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel. I stamped the reindeer on the panel and fussy cut them out. When I saw these cut out I jut has to add some googly eyes to them.  I love how each one looks a little different with the eyes and of course one of them had to be Rudolph.

To make this card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white panel. I stamped the penguin image, colored it using OLO markers and cut it out with the coordinating die. I created a background or it by ink blending some blue ink in the center of the panel. To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment underneath

Welcome to Day 5 of my holiday series, 25 days of Christmas Inspiration.

To make my card, I started with a white top folding A2 card base and a white A2 panel cut a quarter inch on each side. I stamped the snowman twice as if the are skating down the snow covered hillside.  I colored them using OLO markers and added a sentiment to finish the card.
