To make my card, I started with a top folding white A2 card base and a white panel. I used some distress inks to ink blend the background for the trees. 
I used the Tis the Season EAP with some foil. and the coordinating die to cut them out. I added the Gilded Holiday Greetings EAP for the sentiment.
