I am back sharing another card made with the new release products from Ink Blot Shop.
To make this card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel.
I created a background by randomly stamping the hearts in bright colors all over the panel.
Next I stamped the heart, colored it with OLO markers, then fussy cut it out and popped it up on the panel.
