Ink Blot Shop New Release.

It's release day at Ink Blot Shop and we are celebrating with a hop over on Instagram. be sure to head over for some fabulous inspiration. 

To make this card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I stamped the balloons across the top, colored them and then over stamped them using embossing ink and embossed then in gold. I stamped the birthday greeting with embossing ink and also embossed it with gold powder. 

I made it a full shaker card by using one of the shaker covers and some sequins from my stash of a bazillion sequins.
