Summertime is Calling Me

I have two cards to share with you today using the By The Sea a new release by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. You may recognize the adirondack chair from a previous set. Korin revamped it and brought it back and I was ecstatic, this is one of my all time favorites! 

We have a beach trip planned next month so I made a thank you card for the rental owner.

For the first card I created a beach scene using the Picket Fence Studios Life Changing Blending Brushes, some ink by Gina K Designs and the Cloud stencil by My Favorite Things. 

I stamped the images using Gina K Amalgam ink and colored them using Copic markers and the masked them off white I created the scene around them.

To create this card I started with a white top folding card base, a white panel for stenciling and a panel of Black Onyx for the mat. I used the three colors of Gina K inks to get the rainbow effect with the stencil, Passionate Pink, Wild Dandelion and Blue Lagoon. I colored the shells using Copic markers.
