Butterfly Postage

If you follow me on Instagram, the you already know what I am announce because I announced it on Instagram at the first of the new year.
I am so excited to say that I am a part of the Joy Clair 2018 design team. I am looking forward to working with their stamps. They also have a great line of Bible journaling stamps so I may try my had at some Bible journaling as well.
Before I get to the deets on my card I have one more thing to tell you, we have an awesome release coming soon, so stay tuned.

To make this card I started with a white top folding card base and a piece of watercolor paper. Using the Mini MISTI, I stamped the butterflies from the set Butterfly Kisses in Versamark ink, I always use the Misti anytime I am using watercolor paper because of the texture it is hard to get a good impression and the Misti solves that problem by allowing you to overstamp as many times as you'd like.nAfter stamping the butterflies I embossed them with white embossing powder ad heat set it.
I made a colorful background for them by using Daniel Smith watercolor paints. Using the Mini Misti again I added the Hello greeting from the set Hello Setiments.
To finish the card I used a postage stamp die cut and cut the watercolor panel and also a white panel to mat it and added them to the card base.
