Look for the Stars

Happy Saturday! 
Today is my first post (other than the intro blog hop) for So Suzy Stamps. I am so excited to be chosen for the team! My card share today features two of the stamps from the June release, Look for Rainbows and Star Swirl.  To make my card, I started with a navy card base cut to A2 size (4 1/4 X 5 1/2) and a white panel cut a quarter of an inch smaller (4 X 5 1/4) next I stamped the Star Swirl in Versamark ink and embossed it with white embossing powder. I used painter's tape to type off the edges of the white panel to give me a border. For the sky I used a ink blending tool and three different inks to achieve the "night" effect, I started with Tempting Turquoise, then Night of Navy and finished it with Blackberry Bliss. I left a corner of the panel blank to stamp the greeting Look for Rainbows.
