Here is my Sample using this set
This is a beautiful set to use for the watercolor technique. To make my card I used an A2 sized base and cut the image panel just a bit smaller. I used Antique Linen distress ink to sponge around the entire panel. Next I colored the flowers with Tim Holtz distress markers (Tattered Rose, Victorian Velvet, Peeled Pain and Shabby Shutters) stamped them, then took a small brush and added just a little water to each flower to give it the water color look. I stamped the Butterflies with Peacock Feathers and did the same with the water.
To make it just a little more vintage I used my machine to stitch around the main panel before I added it to the base.
My next sample used a fun new set by Diane Zechman
- Stamp set includes 1 image & 11 sentiments
- Stamp set measures 4" x 6"
- Cindy image measures approximately 1 3/8" x 2 1/8"
- Designed by Diane Zechman
- $15
Here is my Sample
Love this fun set!
To make his card I started with an A2 base with my panel cut slightly smaller. Next I used the Birthday Word Die for the inlaid die cut technique, I cut it out of my main panel, saved the little parts inside and then cut it out of design paper and laid it back in my main panel, adding those small pieces I saved from the inside of the letters B, D and A. The "Happy" is from the Companion Words set
