PTI Blog Hop

 
I haven't participated in the PTI blog hop in a long time so today is the day. We were to be inspired by this inspiration picture 
 I was inspired by the colors to make this blue and yellow happy card.

    This card is super sweet :) Love that polka dotted yellow paper and the way you used a strip on the inside, too. The fillagree border was the perfect touch!
