Well things are coming together but it is day who knows what without internet, thankgoodness we have some cell service. I totally understand that the focus is to restore every ones power first but I would love to be able just to browse instagram and not have to worry about going over the data or to write up a post and not have to hotspot also using data.
So once again, I will come back and update with links and details when we get internet.
