Welcome to day 7 of my Valentines series. Today's card is brought to you by Concord & 9th.
To make this card, I started with a top folding white card base, a red panel and a white panel. To create the background I used the mod turnabout stamp turning it 4 times in pinks and red. I also added texture to the background by using a cover plate. To finish the card I Added a die cut greeting.
