Craft Roulette Episode 192

Today's card is for Episode 192 of Craft Roulette. The parameters are

To make my card, I started with a top folding white A2 card base, a white panel and a mist panel.

I stamped the snowflake background on both the mist panel and the white panel using mist ink, I cut a tag out of the white panel. I stamped the ice cream, colored it with OLO markers and fussy cut it out and popped it up o the tag. To finish the card I added some ribbon to the tag and added a greeting embossed in white on a black strip of cardstock.
