It's time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Vicky is our hostess and she chose the code word window.
To make this card, I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I cut the wish out of the panel and also out of holographic paper.
I pieced the two together and then added it to the base.
This is beautiful!
