Today's card is brought to you by Ink Blot Shop.
To make this card I started with a white top folding card base, a white panel and a black panel. To create the background, I stamped the pennant border across the panel three times and colored them using OLO markers.
Next I stamped the cute little girl, colored her and then fussy cut her out. I used foam squares to pop her up on the background.
To finish the card I stamped the birthday greeting on a black strip of cardstock and embossed it with white powder.
