Happy Wednesday!
Today starts a new challenge at Make The Cards Challenge.
To make my card I started with a top folding white card base, a black panel and a foil-it spiderweb panel from Taylored Expressions. I ink blended some Twisted Citron over the panel after I foiled it with rainbow sparkly foil.
I used the Create in Quads stencil and die cut for the image and added a wobbler so it wobbles back and forth.
