There is a new challenge up at Make the Cards Challenges. Our new challenge is to use washi on your card. If you are like me, you have tons of washi tape.
To make this card I started with a white top folding card base and a couple of white panels. I took one panel and covered it with different strips of washi tape and then cut the Grand Maple Leaf (SSS retired) out of the washi covered panel.
Next I took the other white panel and cut the Grand Maple Leaf out and adhered it to the card base. I put the washi tape leaf into the negative space and then added a sentiment.
