My card today is for this weeks CAS challenge at Splitcoaststampers is Water Animals.
I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I stamped the hippo, hat and balloons on a separate piece of white cardstock, colored them and cut them out with the coordinating die. I created a background by using a star stencil.
To finish the card I popped them up on the front of the card and added an embossed sentiment.
