It's time for a new challenge at Beyond the Blue, we are just a group of friends who started a challenge to incorporate some of the techniques that our fearless leader and friend Lydia aka UnderstandBlue (hince where the name came from) introduced us to in her retreats and lives during the past couple years.
To create my card I started with a white top folding card base, a red panel and a white panel.
Using a paper plate, I covered the bottom with shaving cream and used a gift card to smooth it out. Next I dropped some re inker in the shaving cream and used a toothpick to swirl it around. I laid my white panel of cardstock down on a craft mat, placed the stencil over it and then picked up some of the shaving cream with the gift card and scraped it across the stencil giving me this result when I lifted the stencil.
