Watered Down Birthday

It's time for our new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Vicky is our host and she chose the code word Water. Now you are probably thinking where is your water, right?

Well I took the challenge to another level and instead of making a card with water like an ocean, pool, rain ect.. 

I used water in my technique. 

To create this card, I started with a white top folding card base and a watercolor paper panel.  I inked up the stamp with a water based ink and then spritzed the stamp with water before I stamped it on the watercolor cardstock.
