Splash in the Puddles

To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a a frame cut out of some Lawn Fawn Polka design paper from my stash.I stamped the sweet image from the Puddle Jumpers set and colored her using alcohol markers. I masked her off so I could stamp the puddle so she appears to actually be jumping in it.
